Can't find your part? While our catalog is extensive, some older or rarer models are not yet listed. Our experts can most likely identify them and order them specifically for you. Follow the steps below to send us your photos.

Take a picture of your part from every angle

For quick identification, send us photos of your part from these angles:

  • With a ruler: Place the part next to a ruler to confirm dimensions.
  • 3 angles: A front view, a profile view, and a view of the rear mechanism.
  • Details: Photograph any logo or number engraved on the part.

A clear, well-lit photo allows us to respond more quickly!

Step 2

Send us your photos

Once your photos have been taken, send them to info@quincaillerielavoie.ca

Although our online inventory is vast, some rare or discontinued parts are not displayed. Our experts will analyze your photos to identify the exact model and confirm its availability.
